Had a vacation to Costa Rica planned for about a year. Unfortunately, my father fell very ill and passed away, so I had to cancel my trip. Ahmad helped me out, and seemed very concerned with my situation. He was very understanding and it was a pleasure working with him. He was able to help me get about 95% of my trip refunded which was great, and helped out in the end with all the costs for my father. I would recommend anyone to book their vacation with him.
